News Bit: Dying Light owners can claim the Enhanced Edition for Free

While Dying Light 2 has just been released, Techland has revealed that they have another surprise for the first game. Anyone who owns the Standard Edition of Dying Light will be automatically upgraded to the Enhanced Edition of the game for free. No season pass is required, and anyone who buys the game in the future will also get the free upgrade.

Players just need to launch the game to access the upgrade and then go to the "DLC Packs". The five paid DLCs will be there and can be claimed for free from the game's menu. This includes The Following, which offers a new story, map and vehicle.

Here are the DLC you can grab for free:

• Dying Light: The Following

• The Bozak Horde

• Crash Test Skin Pack

• Ultimate Survivor Bundle

• Cuisine & Cargo

Dying Light: Enhanced Edition should not be confused with the next-gen upgrade of Dying Light released in March for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Anyone with the Standard Edition of the first game can now download all the DLC for free.
