News Bit: A New Brothers in Arms is Coming

Speaking on the Game Maker's Notebook Podcast, Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford confirmed that the studio is creating a new Brothers in Arms game. The podcast was published in April but has only recently been uploaded to YouTube which is where AltChar discovered the hidden news.

While discussing Gearbox's Aliens: Colonial Marines, Pitchford mentions that they're working on a new Brothers in Arms games. However, due to the response to the Aliens game they've been treating game announcements differently. Borderlands 3 wasn't announced until it was late in development and was in the beta stage.

Pitchford states that the new Brothers in Arms will not be revealed until it's almost done. The last major game in the series was Hell's Highway in 2008 but no other games have come to fruition since then.
