News Bit: Street Fighter 6 will Release in 2023

The last Street Fighter game was released in 2016, and fans have been waiting for news on the next game for quite some time. PlayStation recently held a new State of Play showcase, revealing the much-anticipated Street Fighter 6 release date.

Capcom has finally announced Street Fighter 6, and the three-minute trailer shows off some of the new game's features. It reveals two new modes for the upcoming game, World Tour (an "immersive single-player experience") and Battle Hub (for online matches). PlayStation has published an accompanying blog post that expands on some of the details and confirms that a "deeper dive" is on the way.

Street Fighter 6 will release in 2023 for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5. Capcom hasn't provided a release period yet for the upcoming game but we can expect more news to be coming soon.
