News Bit: New Hogwarts Legacy details mined from Official Website

There's been no official news about Hogwarts Legacy since the March State of Play presentation that focused on the upcoming game. While it's due to release towards the end of 2022, there's still no release date or month. However, a dataminer has found some new information about the game hidden within the code of the official website.

Crossposted to the Gaming Leaks and Rumours subreddit, the leaker has posted a full list of their discoveries about game editions. It is possible these are placeholder items or the plan has changed. Here are the listed bonus items which look to be rewarded for preordering:

• Dark Arts Cosmetic Pack

• Dark Arts Battle Arena

• Dark Arts Garrison Hat

• 72 Hours Early Access to the Game

• Kelpie Robe

• Steel Case

• Floating Ancient Magic Wand with Book

According to the dataminer, it also listed the labels “Digital Only” and also “Digital Deluxe Only” which make sense. It's common for developers to include different preorder bonuses across consoles with multiple special versions of the game.

It might also be a small spoiler for the game considering Thestrals can only be seen by those who have watched another person die. There's no other information to go along with the list of game extras so only time will tell.
