News Bit: Kingdom Hearts 4 has been Announced

This week, Square Enix announced that the next Kingdom Hearts game is finally coming. It was announced as part of the 20th-anniversary celebration for the Kingdom Hearts franchise and arrived with its first trailer.

Kingdom Hearts IV is the start of a new storyline for the franchise called the Lost Master Arc. Sora is back for a new game with a new look that still feels like the Sora we all know and love. The announcement trailer also features Donald and Goofy at the end, confirming they'll be returning as well. The trailer includes Sora fighting a giant shadow monster in the middle of a city. The new location is a "large, expansive city set in a gorgeous, realistic world unlike anything ever seen before". The new city is called Quadratum, but we don't have any further details on this, the story or the gameplay. Kingdom Hearts 4 does not have a release date yet.
