News Bit: Goat Simulator 3 announced with a Dead Island Spoof

Both one of the more surprising trailers and comedic ones, Goat Simulator 3 was announced during the 2022 Summer Game Fest. The trailer imitated the iconic Dead Island trailer before it quickly went off the rails. It's definitely not a series for everyone but the trailer certainly caught a lot of attention during the show.

The trailer begins with the iconic runner but there's clearly a comedic element from the start. For most, this was just enough to make it obvious that this wasn't for Dead Island 2 though there was still some disappointed fans once the goats turned up. Instead of zombies eating everyone while the runner takes off down the path, there's a bunch of superpowered goats taking everyone out.

It's a fun Dead Island spoof that fits the Goat Simulator series perfectly. Goat Simulator 3 will release for PC in Fall 2022 via the Epic Games Store. Past games have been released for every other platform so it will probably get the same treatment.
