A new teaser trailer for Digimon Survive has been released by Bandai Namco. The much-anticipated strategy RPG was first announced in 2017 and has since been delayed several times. It was originally scheduled for release in 2019, but a variety of issues have caused it to be pushed back further and further. Fortunately, it appears to be back on track.
The new trailer doesn't give us much in terms of gameplay but it does reveal the characters and the partner Digimon for each human. Some of these Digimon will be familiar to fans of the original Digimon Adventure TV shows. Agumon, Lopmon and Floramon will all be returning in the Digimon Survive game.
From the trailer, we can see a small look at what to expect from the gameplay. Digimon Survive features strategic turn-based combat which was expected though we still don't have any real details about how this works.
Digimon Survive still does not have a release date but we can expect Bandai Namco to reveal more information about the game later this year.
