News Bit: Cyberpunk 2077 Expansion Story has been Leaked in Full

It looks like the entire story from the first expansion has been leaked online and is cropping up everywhere including Reddit. The leak was originally posted to the FF:06:B5 subreddit which is dedicated to Cyberpunk 2077 mysteries by a data miner. According to the original poster, the leak was discovered hidden in the game files for Cyberpunk 2077 after an update.

The story leak was supposedly attached to Patch 1.5 which was released on February 15th 2022. It looks like CD Project Red accidentally included the subtitles for the expansion with the patch which can be found in the lang_text archives of Patch 1.5. Anyone who downloads that patch can find the files for themselves.

Anyone wanting to avoid Cyberpunk 2077 spoilers will need to take extra care now since the full story seems to have been leaked. The leaks also includes a quest folder and subfolder for “street_stories” and more.
