Top 5 Tips to Win at Naraka Bladepoint 2022

Naraka bladepoint has finally arrived on console, better yet it’s arrived on Xbox Game Pass so that a new audience can experience and enjoy this game. Naraka is a battle royale game where you play as one of many heroes with special abilities and the objective is to eliminate all other opponents whilst the map size shrinks, pushing everyone closer together.

Whilst this game is super fun, I've found that the tutorial of this game was only really teaching you about movement and basic combat but it left a lot of things to be figured out. Because of this, I have decided to share my top 5 tips to win at Naraka Bladepoint.

5. Complete quests during matches, especially bounty quests

During matches you’ll see various scrolls around, these could be praying at an alter to receive attachments, whilst others will provide exp and coins, the most important of the quests are the bounty quests, these reveal the location of nearby enemies, key information for when you want to battle and when you want to win the game as a whole, the best time to receive the bounty quest is when you’re in the top 2 and are searching for the final squad to defeat.

4. Choose the weapon that compliments your style of play

There are plenty of weapons to choose from in Naraka from greatswords to bows to cannons, everyone has a different way of playing, and finding the type of weapon is for you could be the difference between victory and defeat, so don’t be afraid to try out new playstyles because there may be a weapon that you excel at greatly.

3. Don’t disconnect if you die and your teammates are still alive

When you are killed in Naraka there are a few ways to be revived that the game doesn’t touch on in the tutorial, the first is when your teammate is killed initially and you see a red health bar by their name, this means you can run over to where they were killed and revive them from their corpse, they can also turn into a spirit and revive themselves once for the first half of the game.

Once the red bar empties however is when most people tend to disconnect, however, there is still a way to revive your teammates when they are completely dead and that is to go to the shops scattered around the map and purchase a revive talisman which is super easy to get, once you buy that with the in-game currency you will be able to go to a soul altar and revive any fallen teammates, so whilst you can choose to disconnect and not bother with this, you can also just have a bit of patience and potentially snag that win.

2. Utilize the wishing well

Another thing the tutorial doesn’t explain is the wishing wells that you find scattered throughout the map, these are wells with a glowing golden aura around them, the way they work is you drop any weapons you’d like into the well whilst it has charge, and a random item will come out from the wishing well in its place. Could be the loot you need to win the match or just trash that’ll hold you back so best use weapons that you’re not wanting to keep for the well.

1. Don’t separate too far from your teammates

One of the most common reasons for players losing in this game is people running off on their own without any communication as to where they are going, because of this the number one tip is to not separate too far from your teammates, it’s cool if you wanna check out an adjacent area that you believe will have some good loot, but remain close enough that you can provide reinforcements to other teammates if they are being attacked by another party.
