Fallout 4 Next-Gen Update Delayed

Bethesda has posted an update on twitter for the highly anticipated next-gen version of Fallout 4 for Series X/S and PS5. Unfortunately the update was that they have delayed this next-gen version to 2024. "Thank you for your patience with us as we work on the Fallout 4 next-gen update. We know you're excited, and so are we! But we need a bit more time and look forward to an exciting return to the Commonwealth in 2024."

Whilst this may be disappointing to many who were excited to play through the game again with updated resolution and fps, the delay can only be a good thing for the game as it will mean further polish is given. Some theories are that they are delaying it so they can time it with the upcoming Fallout TV series that is releasing next year, so only time will tell. Hopefully we will all be able to journey through the Commonwealth next year.
